Design Feature

First eccentricity: The offset of the valve shaft relative to the centerline of the sealing face, ensuring that the sealing surface is only in contact at the last stage during the closing process, reducing friction.
Second eccentricity: the offset of the valve shaft relative to the center line of the pipeline, combined with the tapered design of the valve seat, realizes the "wedge-shaped" contact between the valve disc and the valve seat to ensure a uniform seal.
The third eccentricity: the tapered angle design of the valve seat makes the valve disc and the valve seat almost not in contact during the opening and closing process, reducing wear and extending the service life.

Thanks to the triple offset design, the C95800 Marine Triple Offset Lug Butterfly Valve has a low operating torque and is suitable for compact actuators, reducing drive energy consumption. In addition, the metal seal face design allows it to be self-compensating, able to adapt to temperature changes and seal face wear, extending the life of the valve
