In the pre-sales stage, if you have difficulties in valve selection, we have a solid technical team to provide technical knowledge. According to the temperature and medium type, our technical team can provide a complete selection explanation and help answer various technical questions. And repeat confirmation with our customers to avoid some detailed problems in the production process, especially some details of the rising and non-rising stems of gate valves and check valves that are not easy to notice. In the sales process, our sales staff will provide timely product progress updates, and quality inspectors are on standby at any time to conduct a real-time inspection of the products in the production process, including but not limited to pressure testing. After sales, we provide a one-year warranty. If it is our quality problem, we can provide free replacement service. If there are other installation problems, our sales staff will promptly connect with the technical team to solve all possible problems.
