This high-performance double offset soft-seated butterfly valve features a robust semi-lug WCB (carbon steel) body and a CF8 (304 stainless steel) disc, driven by a hydraulic actuator. Its double offset design significantly reduces wear on the sealing components, while the resilient soft seat ensures bidirectional zero leakage (meeting standards such as ANSI Class VI).
Design Features:Valve Type: Double Offset Butterfly Valve with Soft Seat.Offset Design: The valve stem axis is offset from both the sealing surface and the pipeline axis. This allows the disc to quickly disengage from the seat during opening, greatly reducing friction and wear and extending seal life.
Sealing System: Resilient soft seat (typically EPDM, NBR, PTFE, etc.), providing excellent elastic sealing and achieving bidirectional zero leakage (compliant with standards like ANSI Class VI).
