The ASME Code Flanged End Elevated Platform Stainless Steel Ball Valve is meticulously manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, typically ASTM A351 CF8M (316 stainless) or CF8 (304 stainless), providing exceptional resistance to corrosion, pitting, and oxidation across a wide temperature range. The full-port design ensures minimal pressure drop and allows for efficient pigging or cleaning of the pipeline. Critical components like the ball and seats are precision-machined and often coated with advanced materials like PTFE (Teflon) or reinforced polymers for enhanced sealing performance, low operating torque, and extended service life.
