The DIN Standard Globe Valve are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with DIN 3356, BS 1873 and EN 13709/EN 12516 standards, and the length of the structure complies with DIN 3202 and EN 558-1. Flange interface (FF/RF/RTJ type) is standard according to EN 1092-1 and DIN 2543~2550 series. The testing system implements DIN 3230 specifications, and the pressure ratings cover the range from PN16 to PN100.
Manufactured with cast steel, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and other engineering materials, the material selection is based on the following core properties: Excellent pressure/temperature resistance; Long-lasting corrosion resistance; Adaptability to specific working conditions
Functional principle
Precise fluid control is achieved by stem-driven discs, and the actuator is optional:Manual operation (standard);Pneumatic drive (ISO 5211 interface);Electric execution (according to IEC 60534).
Sealing system
The sealing pair configuration determines the DIN Standard Globe Valve leakage level (according to EN 12266):Metal hard seal (high temperature and high pressure conditions);Metal PTFE Composite Seals (Chemical Media); Metal elastomer seals (zero leakage requirement)
Pressure level
Standard pressure range: PN10 to PN400 (corresponding to ASME Class 150~2500)
End connection
Flange (EN 1092-1), thread (ISO 7-1/ISO 228-1), butt weld (ASME
