Q：Do you have MOQ?

A: NO, we not have MOQ, even just one PC. we also provide one safety valve to our customer before.

Q:  Can you provide other standard?

A: Of course, you just provide needed standard to us.

Q:  Can i get a drawing about inquiry valves?

A: Yes, but please notify the drawing application will wait for some time, please reserve enough time for us. but some special valve or not commonly used or very wide range valves  we cannot provide drawing. As you know, a factory impossible produce all of kinds valves. 

Q: How many time for waiting a quotation?

A: According the content of inquiry, Usually in 24 hours, but for special valves may need 48 hours.  

Q: How about the packing?

A: Usually pack in the wooden case, but in large size, will put on the pallet with a film.
