The rising stem resilient seat gate valve is widely used in pipeline systems for media such as water, steam, and oil. With its resilient sealing structure, it offers good sealing performance, intuitive operation, and easy maintenance. The gate moves perpendicular to the fluid direction. This valve is designed for fully open or fully closed service only and must not be used for throttling or flow regulation.
Exposed Stem: Valve open/closed status can be visually determined by the stem rising height
Double Sealing Surfaces: Wedge-type gate structure with a wedge angle of typically 5°, or 2°52′ for lower temperature media
Resilient Sealing Material: Made of EPDM, NBR or other corrosion-resistant materials for excellent sealing performance
Flange Connection: Easy for pipeline installation and maintenance

Not suitable for high temperature or high pressure: Resilient sealing materials typically withstand temperatures up to 80°C (depending on material). For high pressure conditions, please select a metal hard seal gate valve.
Avoid particle-laden media: Solid particles may damage the resilient sealing surface. A strainer is recommended when the media contains sand or particles.

Important Reminder: Resilient seat gate valves must NOT be used for throttling. Partially open conditions will cause rapid erosion of the resilient sealing surface, especially with particle-laden media. Please use fully open or fully closed only.
