JIS 5k Or 10k Brass Seal Gate Valve has  four  Structural characteristics :’Valve body/valve cover: cast copper (bronze or brass), with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for non corrosive media such as water and steam.

Sealing material: Copper alloy sealing surface (possibly nickel or chromium plated to enhance wear resistance), or soft seal (such as PTFE).

Connection method: Flange connection (JIS B2220 standard flange) to ensure compatibility with Japanese standard pipelines.

Operation mode: Handwheel operation (standard), gearbox (large diameter) or electric actuator (automation requirement).

Advantage

Copper seal design: high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and better sealing performance than ordinary rubber seals.

Low flow resistance: The full bore design reduces pressure loss and is suitable for high flow conditions.

Durability: Copper material is resistant to scale and oxidation, with a long lifespan.

Applicable media: water, steam, oil, etc. (corrosive media require special treatment)
