WCB Triple Eccentric Flange Butterfly Valve

The WCB Triple Eccentric Flange Butterfly Valve is a high-performance metal seal butterfly valve with a higher upper limit on pressure and temperature than a soft seal butterfly valve, and has a triple eccentric characteristic, making its torque lower than that of a double eccentric. Its unique construction gives it significant advantages in sealing performance, durability and operational efficiency.

1. High temperature and high-pressure adaptability: The working temperature range is -29°C~425°C, and the instantaneous temperature resistance is up to 550°C, which is suitable for catalytic cracking units in refineries (DN600, PN40, 400°C);

2. WCB Cast Steel Body (ASTM A216): Carbon steel (C≤0.25%, Mn 0.5-1.0%) has a temperature resistance of 425°C and a tensile strength of ≥485MPa, which is 50% longer than that of ordinary carbon steel valve body.
