Product Description

The Zhongguan Halar Coated Disc Type Butterfly Valve features a heavy-duty Halar (ECTFE) coating electrostatically applied to the disc substrate. This creates an impenetrable barrier against aggressive chemicals, strong acids, and abrasive slurries.

Designed to bridge the gap between standard polymers and expensive exotic alloys, this valve offers an optimized temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (with short-term thermal shock resistance up to 180°C), making it the ultimate cost-effective, high-durability choice for industrial and municipal fluid systems.

1. The Core Performance of HALAR® (ECTFE) Coating

HALAR is a high-performance fluoropolymer evenly applied via a specialized electrostatic spraying process. It forms a dense, uniform protective layer (0.5mm to 1.2mm thickness) directly on the disc.
