Pressure Rating and Material

Depending on the material, DIN Flange Float Ball Valve can be used in different pressure ratings. For PN 10/16/150LB, we use stainless steel, CI, or WCB bodies with PTFE/RPTFE seats and stainless steel ball valves. Of course, the material may vary slightly depending on the media and temperature requirements.

For temperatures exceeding these limits or higher, metal seats are required. Metal sealing materials primarily include chromium-based cemented carbide, cobalt-based cemented carbide, nickel alloy, tungsten carbide, and stainless steel.
