Maintenance points:

Check the JIS 10K or 15K high platform stainless steel ball valves stem seal (monthly) and support bolts (quarterly) regularly, and replenish the high temperature grease every 6 months (MOLYKOTE 111). Maintain the pressure ≤80% rating during operation, and prohibit excessive torque (≤50N·m) and < 15° small opening adjustment. The coastal environment needs quarterly fresh water flushing, and the chemical medium needs to empty the valve chamber.

Spare parts replacement standard:

Valve seat wear > 0.5mm or stem scratch > 0.1mm should be replaced immediately. Emergency shutdown in case of abnormal temperature rise (ΔT > 30℃) or leakage. All maintenance shall comply with JIS B2003 standards and records shall be kept.
